A deep clean creates a baseline so every recurring visit goes faster, lighter, and cheaper. Most homes do not need one again for 12 months or more.

How much is the recurring discount?

Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules earn 10 to 15 percent off the standard base rate, applied at the time of booking.

Tips are appreciated but never expected. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you charge by the hour or flat rate?

Flat rate, always. You should not pay more because someone worked slower.

What is your satisfaction promise?

If anything is missed, send us a photo within 24 hours and we return to re-clean the area free of charge.
